How does one solo kill a Vindicator pilot who is decked out with faction mods? His blasters, webs, scram, neut & armor are all faction. Assuming he has no backup or links, what ship and tactic would defeat him the easiest?

You probably want Small Neutrons, of which there are 6 types. If you open up their list on the market, you can click on each one and see how much it costs. I'd go down the list, looking at the damage and rate of fire for each, and judge that again...

Just a little one, but it would be handy if a pop up appeared after you blocked somebody, just so you know you got the right person. Probably not worth the coding, but it in the gunge that is Jita, and now also Amarr, handy nonetheless.

When I scan a targets ship and cargo, the windows for the contents pop up but then my overview dissapears off the screen, so it's pointless ganking anything because some other parasite will scoop the loot before I find my overview again! Lol.
